We are the independent auditors for hundreds of labor organizations, employee benefit plans, and other not-for-profit organizations.

Government Filings

Our tax professionals stand ready to assist our clients with required tax filings and services that range from review of client-prepared filings, to direct preparation. We are experienced in the filing of form LM-2, LM-3, 990, 5500, and other required filings.

Payroll Compliance Audits

We understand the importance of payroll compliance review programs for our multiemployer clients. For that reason, we maintain a dedicated staff of specialists who expertly conduct over 2,000 Payroll Compliance Reviews each year.

Controllership and Bookkeeping Services

We provide outsourced bookkeeping and controllership services to employee benefit plans and non-profit organizations. Our finance and accounting services include accounts payable, accounts receivable, analyzing ledger accounts, bank reconciliations, internal controls development and fixed asset tracking. We also assist our clients with their audit preparation functions and establishing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures.

Litigation Support

Our expert team of litigation support specialists includes Certified Fraud Examiners (CFEs) and offers skillful assistance in dispute resolution. We work side by side with attorneys and their clients through all phases of the dispute resolution process, from discovery through a trial or hearing.

Agency Fee Audits

Members of our firm have been conducting agency fee audits since the inception of the regulations and we have extensive experience performing these audits for a wide range of organizations, including trade unions and professional associations.
