Tom Terlecki is a Manager in the Payroll Compliance Review Department in the New York office. He has over 12 years of experience in performing payroll compliance reviews for numerous benefit funds, both regional and national. He is responsible for managing the payroll compliance review staff in the New York office.

Prior to joining Novak Francella, Tom worked in the retail industry performing operational audits and worked for 7 years performing payroll compliance reviews for multiemployer benefit plans.
