Pat Baker is a Manager in the Payroll Compliance Review Department in the Philadelphia Office. She has over 10 years of experience in performing payroll compliance reviews for numerous benefit funds, both regional and national. Prior to joining Novak Francella, Pat worked in the banking industry for 25 years, which included experience in mortgage, title, lien research, bank accounting, auditing and credit card fraud.

Along with performing priority payroll compliance reviews, her responsibilities include training, supervising and reviewing the Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. staff. She also maintains payroll compliance review cycle programs for numerous clients.
