Gera Budman is the head of the Novak Francella technology department with responsibilities for all IT decisions and technology direction since 2006. He has expanded his responsibilities by heading Monday Consulting Services, a partner of Novak Francella that is focused on leveraging years of expertise to provide technology based solutions for their clients.

Gera has been a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer since the 1990's. Gera received his Bachelors in Marketing and Management from Stephen F. Austin State University. He began his career in technology after graduating from Southern Methodist University's School of Engineering and Computer Science. Shortly after graduating Gera became a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, specializing in Microsoft Exchange and Internet Systems Server.
