Novak Francella is an independent member of IGAF Polaris. IGAF Polaris brings together a select group of independent accounting firms in cities around the world. The organization was formed for the purpose of sharing expertise, information and techniques for the benefit of all member firms and their clients.
Only firms who can meet the demanding standards of IGAF Polaris are permitted to become members. Firms must maintain the highest of standards in such areas as organizational structure, professional personnel, technical expertise and others. - Mandatory practice inspection (peer review) to ensure that member firms maintain a high quality of practice (in addition to AICPA peer review)
