Novak Francella’s Leadership Development Program was created with a common goal of obtaining firm growth, team growth, personal growth, and propelling an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset. As Novak Francella grows, we provide our employees the tools to grow along with us.
Each year, we encourage our staff to participate in the following activities:
- Novak Francella Leadership Library
We have developed a list of books focused on leadership development. Books of your choosing will also be considered by our Leadership Development Steering Committee for approval.
Choose a podcast from our suggestion list, or find one on a leadership topic of interest.
- Webinars and Online Learning Courses
AICPA offers many great webinars and self study courses. There are also many other accredited websites where you can take webinars as part of this program.
Coursera is an online university that offers a variety of courses that can be taken independently. Different courses are offered each month with different start and end times.
- Quarterly In House Seminars
Novak Francella holds learning seminars 4 times per year. Employees are encouraged to attend, either in person or virtually.
- Goal Setting and Personal Leadership
- Career Advisor Mentoring
All employees are assigned a career advisor. We encourage career advisors to meet with their protégé regularly.
Successfully completing these activities will allow you to earn Career Propeller Points. Incentives are available for those whose successfully achieve their points benchmark.
